The staff portal follows the PRD flow: venue-code login, live booking verification, group check-in, bill processing, and final redemption.
Staff can sign in with password, email OTP, mobile OTP, or keep using the venue code + PIN fallback.
Venue PIN is still available for handovers. Password reset works by email, and SMS OTP works when the staff mobile is configured on the account.
